Financial Operations Specialist

We are seeking a Financial Operations Specialist to join our team at Temporaries of New England, Inc. in Eastern Connecticut. As a key member of our accounting department, you will be responsible for creating and sending accurate invoices to clients based on customer orders and services rendered.
Responsibilities- Create and send timely invoices to clients based on customer orders and services rendered.
- Review and maintain computer records of accounts receivable.
- Investigate and resolve billing discrepancies with customers and/or team members.
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent, with some college-level accounting courses preferred. You should also have experience in billing, proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, and excellent communication skills.
