Warehouse Coordinator

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Warehouse Worker to join our team at US Foods. As a key member of our warehouse team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the efficient selection and delivery of customer orders.

The estimated salary for this role is between $21.63 and $28.00 per hour, with opportunities for overtime compensation, retention bonus, and incentive pay based on productivity and quality.

This is an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment where you will be responsible for:

• Selecting customer orders accurately and efficiently
• Building and wrapping pallets to meet weekly standards for productivity and accuracy
• Performing pre-shift equipment checks and safely operating electric pallet jacks
• Validating product selections and identifying damage
• Delivering products to the correct dock area and shrink-wrapping palletized orders

To succeed in this role, you must have:

• Ability to read and communicate in English
• Physical stamina to lift/carry/push/pull 20 to 80+ lbs. of product repetitively
• Comfortable working in a multi-temperature environment ranging from -5 degrees to over 100 degrees
• Recent experience (within past 6 months) in high endurance or highly physical activity or role preferred
