About the Role:

We are looking for an experienced engineer to lead and develop Diffusion/Implant/RTP processes for new materials and emerging technologies in microelectronics and superconducting electronics. The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Developing and sustaining existing Diffusion/Implant/RTP processes for a development line, including process qualifications and technician training.
  • Interfacing with other unit process engineers, operations, and integration engineers during the design and execution of process/equipment improvement projects.
  • Developing new Diffusion/Implant/RTP processes for emerging technologies.
  • Writing and maintaining process documentation.
  • Supporting statistical process control (SPC) and continuous improvement efforts.
Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Materials Engineering, Chemistry, Physics, or a related technical discipline, with 5-8 years of relevant experience.
  • Hands-on experience running semiconductor process equipment and with process sustaining/development activities.
  • Ability to work independently, providing technical solutions to complex problems.
  • Knowledge of statistical process control (SPC).
  • A US Citizenship and ability to obtain and maintain a Secret clearance.
