Electron Beam Lithography Engineer Opportunity

Northrop Grumman's Advanced Technology Lab (ATL) is seeking an exceptional Electron Beam Lithography Engineer to join our multidisciplinary foundry team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and supporting advanced semiconductor manufacturing processes, including design, wafer fabrication, test, and assembly.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinating with stakeholders to define process needs and establish manufacturing requirements.
  • Performing trade studies and submitting costing proposals for the procurement of advanced semiconductor manufacturing equipment.
  • Developing new processes for emerging technologies in both microelectronic and superconducting electronics.
  • Classifying manufacturing process windows and range of equipment capabilities.
  • Writing and maintaining process documentation.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor of Science degree in Chemical Engineering, Materials Science, Materials Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Chemistry, or related field with 5 or more years of related experience; PhD with 0 years of experience.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft office.
  • Ability to work a large percentage of time working with chemicals in a Class 100 cleanroom environment.
  • Ability to obtain and maintain a Top Secret clearance.

Senior Principal Electron Beam Lithography Engineer Opportunity

Northrop Grumman's ATL is seeking an exceptional Senior Principal Electron Beam Lithography Engineer to join our multidisciplinary foundry team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and supporting advanced semiconductor manufacturing processes, including design, wafer fabrication, test, and assembly.
