Principal Engineer Circuit Design

Northrop Grumman is seeking a highly skilled Principal Engineer Circuit Design to join our Advanced Technology Lab (ATL) team in Linthicum, MD. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and executing RF test plans for multiple technologies, including GaN, GaAs, SiGe, and SiC.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute RF test plans for multiple technologies
  • Understand test requirements and document test plans
  • Develop necessary software and hardware solutions
  • Ensure configuration control of test software and hardware
  • Support the procurement of test equipment

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or Microelectronics Engineering with 5 years of related experience
  • Direct semiconductor RF test engineering experience
  • US Citizenship required
  • Ability to obtain and maintain a DoD Secret clearance
  • Software skills in a modern language such as C#, Python, C++ or Java

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with wafer or die testing
  • Direct hands-on experience building/repairing/tuning RF test hardware
