Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Overnight Front Office Supervisor to join our team at SLS. As a key member of our Front Office team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our hotel's front desk and guest services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist the Front Office Manager in overseeing the daily operations of the front desk and guest services.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to our guests, responding to their inquiries and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Manage the front desk team, including scheduling, training, and performance evaluations.
  • Coordinate with other departments, such as housekeeping and maintenance, to ensure seamless communication and efficient service delivery.
  • Monitor and maintain accurate records of guest reservations, room assignments, and other relevant information.
  • Process guest requests, including room changes, cancellations, and special requests.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to maximize room revenue and occupancy.
  • Stay up-to-date with hotel policies, procedures, and promotions to provide accurate information to guests.
  • Participate in departmental meetings and contribute to the development of daily operations and strategic plans.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in hospitality or related field preferred.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a front office or guest services role, preferably in a hotel or resort setting.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with guests, colleagues, and management.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and make sound decisions.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software applications.
