About the Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled Front Desk Supervisor to join our team at Four Seasons Hotel Miami. As a key member of our Front Office team, you will be responsible for supervising a given shift, directing staff, and performing various duties to ensure seamless guest experiences.

Key Responsibilities
  • Welcome and register hotel guests, explaining accommodations and establishing credit or method of payment.
  • Check guests out of the hotel, preparing and explaining the bill.
  • Respond to a wide variety of guest requests by accurately assessing their needs and adding personal recommendations to achieve maximum customer satisfaction.
Preferred Qualifications and Skills
  • Experience in Front Office or Guest Experience position, or equivalent within hospitality.
  • Excellent phone and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to multitask and have a passion for service and hospitality.
  • Experience using computer systems, including Opera.
  • Flexibility to work overnight, weekends, and holidays.
