Position Overview

We are looking for a proactive and skilled Senior RF Systems Engineer to enhance our team. This role is ideal for individuals passionate about satellite technology and RF engineering. The successful candidate will be tasked with designing, developing, and executing RF testing protocols for our innovative projects. A profound knowledge of Spectrum Analyzers, Oscilloscopes, and satellite communication frameworks is essential. Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement RF testing protocols for various systems, ensuring compliance with industry standards.
  • Utilize advanced RF testing equipment, including Spectrum Analyzers and Oscilloscopes, to assess and troubleshoot system performance.
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure seamless integration of RF systems.
  • Provide expert insights on RF testing and contribute to the enhancement of testing methodologies.
  • Prepare comprehensive test reports with data analysis and actionable recommendations for stakeholders.
  • Stay updated on advancements in RF testing and satellite communication technologies, applying new knowledge to improve practices.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related discipline; advanced degrees are a plus.
  • At least 10 years of experience in RF testing, particularly with Spectrum Analyzers and satellite communication systems.
  • Demonstrated experience with space hardware and satellite technologies.
  • Strong grasp of RF principles, including signal processing and modulation techniques.
  • Proficient in RF testing tools and methodologies.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Strong communication skills to convey complex technical information to diverse audiences.
  • Ability to thrive in a dynamic, collaborative environment while managing multiple tasks.
  • Motivated, innovative, and committed to achieving high standards in all projects.
  • Must be eligible for necessary security clearances.
