Logistics Property Project Manager

Job Summary:

JT4, LLC is seeking a highly skilled Logistics Property Project Manager to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for overseeing the execution of the Property Management Plan (PMP) and ensuring compliance with government property control regulations, Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR), and the J-Tech II Contract.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Evaluate and monitor the property control system to ensure it is functioning effectively.
  • Design and implement survey/audit requirements to evaluate the property control system.
  • Analyze the property control system and identify areas for improvement.
  • Conduct annual or special surveillances or audits to ensure proper management of government property.
  • Provide advice to the Range Manager on noncompliance with approved procedures and other significant problem areas.
  • Investigate loss, theft, damage, or destruction (LTDD) of government property.
  • Serve as a point-of-contact for resolving government property matters.
  • Ensure accurate and timely submission of property reporting requirements.
  • Review contracts, subcontracts, and tasks to determine property administration effort required.
  • Schedule, plan, coordinate, conduct, and report physical inventory of government property.

Requirements:

  • 2-3 years of relevant work experience.
  • Demonstrated knowledge and skills in resource organization, planning, continuous quality and process improvement, configuration management, and setting and measurement of program goals.
  • Familiarity with FARs highly desired.
  • RFID experience desired.
  • Familiarity with Property Management databases.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to carry out detail-oriented tasks.
  • National property management association certification (NPMA) highly desired.
  • Valid, state-issued driver's license and ability to obtain and maintain security clearance.
  • US citizenship.
