Position Overview: We are currently seeking a personable and efficient Front Desk Receptionist to be the welcoming face of our organization. This role is essential in providing outstanding customer service and administrative assistance, ensuring that our front desk operates seamlessly.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Warmly greet and assist visitors and clients, creating a positive first impression.
  • Handle incoming phone calls with professionalism, screening and directing them appropriately.
  • Maintain an organized and inviting front desk area.
  • Deliver accurate information to clients and visitors both in-person and through various communication channels.
  • Manage daily mail and deliveries, ensuring proper sorting and distribution.
  • Uphold office security by adhering to established safety protocols and managing access at the reception.
  • Coordinate and schedule appointments, meetings, and use of conference spaces.
Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Exceptional organizational and multitasking capabilities.
  • Professional demeanor and appearance.
  • Resourceful and proactive in resolving issues as they arise.
