Responsibilities and Authorities

This position focuses on managing and optimizing digital marketing platforms and initiatives across the customer lifecycle to support the Neuromodulation business unit growth strategies. The role includes managing existing martech platforms, building and deploying new digital solutions, and optimizing digital campaigns under limited direction.

The Global Digital Marketing Manager (Epilepsy) will leverage their technical and data management skills to analyze campaigns, generate insights, and work closely with brand marketing teams to propose and deliver actions to support them. They will help leverage business opportunities, address obstacles, and refine digital tactics and goals as needed.

This position requires a data-driven mindset to troubleshoot and resolve platform issues, as well as manage platform integrations to enable robust omni-channel digital toolkits. The successful candidate will bring a tech-savvy and innovative skillset to build and deploy technical solutions that improve the customer experience and commercial performance.

Major Accountabilities

  • Analyze existing campaign data to generate meaningful insights
  • Work closely with brand marketing and leadership teams to propose innovative enhancements to increase campaign performance
  • Support brand teams by building and deploying key digital/technical tools and tactics
  • Support the development of governance processes to ensure standardized platform usage and maximize data integrity
  • Manage and administer customer-facing digital platforms and related integrations, including web CMS, marketing automation, eLearning, web analytics, and BI dashboards
  • Identify and share best practices, as well as support and facilitate digital training workshops to raise digital IQ across the business
  • Manage global paid media budget and allocate across priority markets to generate maximum conversions
  • Ensure robust analytics frameworks are in place, including developing and enhancing BI dashboards across the full customer lifecycle
  • Collaborate with external partners and cross-functional stakeholders
  • Participate in and actively manage planning initiatives as they relate to the annual strategic plan and commercial operating plan
  • Work closely with the Marketing team to inform and develop marketing strategies
  • Establish strong relationships across the organization and become the point of contact for digital support requests
  • Manage the timely delivery of projects and digital solutions to internal stakeholders in line with the commercial operating plan
  • Manage budget effectively for key responsible projects
  • Personal ethics must align with LivaNova values and culture, championing the Ethics and Compliance culture
  • Work daily with a high level of integrity and promote a diverse and inclusive workplace culture consistent with LivaNova values
  • This position may require moderate business travel of 20% or more of the time

Education

  • Digital/Marketing/IT degree-level qualification

Minimum Requirements and Qualifications

  • Relevant experience in Digital/Marketing
  • Adept at front-end technical digital, including CRO, SEO, UX, analytics
  • Comfortable managing and configuring platforms at a technical level
  • Experience building and managing websites
  • Excellent research, analytical, and data interpretation skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills
  • Ability to communicate complex information in an easy-to-understand format
  • Able to work independently and take ownership and responsibility
  • Flexible to promptly respond to business needs
  • Good team player with a customer-focused mindset

Pay Transparency

  • A reasonable estimate of the annual base salary for this position is $93,000-$140,000 + discretionary annual bonus. Pay ranges may vary by location.
