Position Overview:

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct forecasting, budgeting, and strategic planning, including the preparation and analysis of financial reports and data.
  • Perform weekly analysis and reporting for Orders, Sales, Operating Income, and Cash Flow.
  • Maintain program working capital within the forecasting system and provide variance analysis for program cash.
  • Collaborate closely with program finance to develop monthly forecasts.
  • Drive understanding of variances and collaborate with relevant stakeholders to identify corrective actions, risks, or opportunities.
  • Develop and present executive-level presentations tailored for both finance and non-finance audiences.
  • Contribute to the annual operating plan development and conduct monthly balance sheet and cash analysis.
  • Lead financial reporting process improvement initiatives.
  • Create tools, templates, and processes to streamline data collection and report preparation while ensuring relevance and detail.
  • Address ad hoc financial requests as needed.

Qualifications:

The successful candidate will have:

  • A minimum of 10 years of relevant experience in Financial Planning & Analysis.
  • Prior experience with Hyperion Planning and Oracle SmartView.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • In-depth knowledge of Balance Sheet and Income Statement.
  • The ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
  • Independence in work.
  • A Bachelor's Degree from an accredited institution.

Preferred Qualifications:

Additional desirable qualifications include:

  • Experience in the Aerospace and Defense industry.
  • Knowledge of general ledger accounting.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.

Education:

A Bachelor's Degree is required, and it must be from an accredited institution.


Work Schedule:

This is a full-time position with a standard Monday to Friday schedule.
