Position Overview:
The role involves crafting high-quality coffee and beverages, managing cash transactions, restocking supplies, engaging with guests, and communicating inventory needs to management. Familiarity with beverage standards and upselling techniques is essential.

Work Schedule:
The hospitality industry operates around the clock, and candidates must be available to work during peak times. While we aim to minimize overtime, it may be necessary during busy periods.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Create a welcoming and service-oriented environment.
  • Prepare daily supply orders to ensure adequate stock.
  • Handle cash transactions and maintain accurate bank drawer procedures.
  • Learn and apply suggestive selling techniques during service.
  • Maintain cleanliness and uphold a professional appearance.

Qualifications:

  • Must possess or be able to obtain TABC and Texas Food Handlers Certification by the start date.
  • A passion for the coffee industry is essential.
  • Previous experience in a barista role is preferred but not mandatory.
  • A high school diploma or equivalent is required.
  • Ability to remain composed and professional in a fast-paced environment.
  • A friendly and outgoing demeanor is necessary.
