Overview

Providence Swedish Medical Center is seeking a full-time, board-certified or board-eligible Pediatric Urologist to enhance our Pediatric Urology department, which has been integral to our Pediatric Specialty Care since its inception. This practice operates within a comprehensive multi-specialty clinic that includes Pediatric-trained professionals across various disciplines such as General Surgery, Pulmonology, Nephrology, Orthopedics, Pediatric Gastroenterology, Sports Medicine, and Infectious Disease. Our clinic serves as a vital referral source for prenatal assessments and newborns presenting with urological issues.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional care as a board-certified or board-eligible Pediatric Urologist.
  • Ideal candidates will possess fellowship training in Pediatric Urology, demonstrating advanced clinical skills and proficiency in laparoscopic, robotic, and endoscopic procedures.
  • Maintain current BLS and PALS certifications.
  • Compensation ranges from $466,645 to $681,491 annually for a full-time equivalent (1.0FTE).
  • Compensation may include productivity or quality/service incentives, call pay, and additional shift incentives as applicable. Continuing Medical Education (CME) benefits may also be available.
  • Comprehensive benefits package includes health, vision, dental, and retirement plans.

The Swedish Pediatric Specialty Care is a multi-disciplinary clinic featuring Pediatric-trained specialists in Urology, General Surgery, Gastroenterology, Pulmonology, Endocrinology, Infectious Disease, Neurology, Orthopedics, and registered dietitians. Our facility is recognized as the leading high-risk delivery center in the Pacific Northwest, conducting over 12,000 deliveries annually, which strengthens our referral network for prenatal consultations and newborns with congenital anomalies and renal concerns. Our robust primary care network, coupled with access to a Level IV NICU and a PICU, enables us to deliver exceptional care to patients throughout the Pacific Northwest.
