Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented HR Representative to join our dynamic team at Renewal By Andersen. As an HR Representative, you will play a critical role in supporting the growth and development of our employees.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in coordinating new hire onboarding, including conducting orientations and preparing paperwork
  • Serve as one of the main points of contact for employee inquiries regarding HR policies, benefits, and procedures
  • Maintain accurate employee records, including personnel files and HR databases
  • Oversee vehicle fleet management system and operations
  • Assist in organizing employee engagement activities and events
  • Collaborate with the HR team on various projects and initiatives
  • Stay up-to-date with HR laws and regulations to ensure compliance in all HR activities
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business or other related field
  • At least 1-year experience in a Human Resources role
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office suite
  • Ability to work across multiple different systems
  • Ability to work well in a team environment
