Koury is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Human Resources Administrative Assistant to join our team. As a key member of our HR department, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our HR Manager and other team members.

Key Responsibilities

  • Onboarding and Employee Support
    • Coordinate the onboarding process for new employees, ensuring a smooth transition into the company
    • Provide administrative support to new hires, including setting up employee databases and benefits
  • Recruitment and Scheduling
    • Coordinate the scheduling of interviews and onboarding sessions for new hires
    • Manage the recruitment process, including posting job openings and screening applicants
  • Administrative Tasks
    • Manage digital filing systems and maintain accurate records
    • Process paperwork and maintain necessary reports
    • Provide general clerical support to the HR department

Requirements

  • Experience and Skills
    • Minimum 1 year of experience in Human Resources administrative support
    • Proficient in Microsoft applications, including Word, Excel, and Outlook
    • Excellent computer skills and ability to learn quickly
  • Personal Qualities
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
    • Flexibility to work varying hours during high production times or as requested by the HR Manager
