We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Marketing Technology Director to join our team at Cornerstone Research. As a key member of our Marketing & Business Development Team, you will be responsible for driving the development and implementation of innovative marketing technologies to enhance our brand awareness and strategically promote our firm.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and manage cutting-edge marketing technologies to elevate our online presence and promote our services.
  • Lead and support the marketing technology team, providing coaching, training, and mentoring to ensure their success.
  • Oversee the firm's website and all other marketing technologies to support our marketing and business development strategies.
  • Maintain and optimize our social media platforms to effectively engage with our audience.
  • Oversee the firm's marketing database technologies and conceptualize and implement future firm CRM initiatives, working closely with firm leadership to approve and communicate these initiatives internally and develop related training programs as needed.
  • Collaborate with the Marketing Department's senior leadership team to ensure consistent and effective external and internal communication.
  • Serve as the primary liaison with the firm's technology-related teams.
Requirements
  • 12+ years of directly relevant experience in a professional services or law firm, with a minimum of 10 years of professional marketing technology experience. Experience in legal marketing is a plus.
  • The ability to take initiative and actively contribute to the team and the firm.
  • Strong business acumen and the ability to learn the firm's financial and operational functions.
  • The mindset to provide superior service.
  • Knowledge of web UX, web development, database management, data analytics, SEO, CRM, email marketing, experience and proposal systems, social media, and other marketing-related technologies and platforms. Experience with these technologies in the legal industry is a plus.
  • Previous experience in managing staff and overseeing their professional development, with a proven ability to manage, coach, and mentor a diverse staff.
  • Experience in project management, strategic planning, and budgeting.
  • Experience defining and overseeing organization-wide marketing technology rollouts.
  • Strong internal and external client service orientation.
  • Strong negotiation and analytical skills.
  • Experience managing technology vendors.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize efficiently and effectively.
  • Strong writing, proofreading, and editing skills, with a focus on detail.
  • Effective oral communication skills, with the ability to work with employees at all levels.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Information Technology, or a related field.
