Job Summary and Qualifications

As a Business Office Trainer, you will be responsible for providing training and support to our business office team, ensuring they have the skills and knowledge needed to deliver high-quality patient care and administrative services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • You will work closely with management to develop and implement a structured training program for the business office team.
  • You will design and deliver training sessions, including hands-on training and workshops, to ensure employees have a thorough understanding of office functions and procedures.
  • You will assist in the creation of new policies and procedures, as well as update existing ones to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • You will communicate process updates, schedule changes, and other feedback to the business office team to ensure seamless operations.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as business administration or healthcare management, or equivalent experience.
  • 1-3 years of experience working in a physicians' office, clinic, or hospital setting, preferably in a Business Office or Training role.

Salary Range

The estimated salary for this role is $65,000 - $85,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
