Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Strategic Account Manager to join our team at SalonCentric. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with our salon partners, driving business growth, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute strategic plans to drive business growth and increase sales revenue
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with salon owners, leaders, and influencers
  • Provide education and training to salon staff on our products and services
  • Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of sales strategies
Requirements:
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in sales or a related field
  • Proven track record of success in driving business growth and increasing sales revenue
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong knowledge of the beauty industry and our products and services
