Job Title: Account Manager

Mesa Energy Systems, a subsidiary of EMCOR Group, Inc., is a leading provider of mechanical and electrical construction and facilities services. We are seeking an experienced Account Manager to join our team.

Job Summary

The Account Manager will be responsible for prospecting new accounts, providing clients with product services and information, maintaining existing client relationships, and developing sales presentations. This role requires strong customer presentation skills, sales aptitude, and financial acumen.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prospect for new accounts and develop sales presentations
  • Maintain existing client relationships and provide product services and information
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to meet targeted objectives
  • Manage sales growth, volume, and profitability of account clients
  • Prepare and deliver client presentations and proposals
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in business or a technical discipline
  • 3+ years of experience in HVAC commercial service or a related field
  • Relevant technical experience, preferably in a Facilities Management or Operations and Maintenance environment
  • Strong customer presentation skills, sales aptitude, and financial acumen
  • Independent decision-making and strong computer skills using MS Office, particularly Excel
Compensation
