About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated Technical Sales Representative to join our team at Formlabs. As a key member of our Direct Sales team, you will play a critical role in driving sales growth and delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to effectively sell cutting-edge additive manufacturing technology to prospective customers.
  • Identify and pursue sales leads, leveraging a solution-oriented approach to meet customer needs.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless customer experiences and identify opportunities for up-sell and cross-sell.
  • Represent Formlabs at trade shows and customer events, showcasing our innovative products and solutions.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers, driving sales growth and customer satisfaction.

About You

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a STEM-related field.
  • 1-5 years of full-time work experience in sales or a related field.
  • Naturally curious and passionate about technology, with a strong desire to learn and grow.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with customers and stakeholders.
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on results and customer satisfaction.
