Job Title: Inside Sales Representative

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Inside Sales Representative to join our team at River Run Computers Inc. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a strong work ethic, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the day-to-day activities of the sales department, including Managed Service Agreement preparation, quoting products and labor.
  • Research, gather information, and prepare client quotes for software license renewals and small projects.
  • Follow up on proposals and agreements, work with Client Service Leaders and Account Execs to close business.
  • Conduct research and follow up on proposals and/or agreements.
  • Research on product/sales-related issues.
  • Assist in managing the quoting queue and internal/external requests.
  • Assist with scheduling internal and/or external meetings.
  • Maintain CRM database, including client details, status of quotes and tickets, etc.
  • Assist Director of Sales with various projects and tasks that provide a well-rounded understanding of business operations.
  • Assist with content for the River Run website, including Tech Blog & Whitepapers as needed.
  • Assist with public relation programs, including tradeshows, seminars, and networking events.
  • Attend Client meetings as required.

Requirements:

  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office products.
  • Knowledge of Client Relationship Management Systems.
  • Pleasant phone voice and demeanor.
  • Must have strong organizational and prioritization skills.

Education: Associates degree (A.A.) or equivalent from two-year college or technical school; and 1-3 years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Transportation: Must have a reliable car, valid driver's license, and valid vehicle insurance.

Physical Demands: The employee must regularly lift and/or move up to 10 pounds, sometimes lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.
