About the Role

The Sous Chef is a key member of our culinary team, responsible for supporting the Executive Chef in delivering exceptional dining experiences. This role requires a strong passion for culinary excellence, wine knowledge, and service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the Executive Chef in leading a team of culinary professionals to deliver high-quality food and exceptional service.
  • Contribute to building top-line sales and guest count through the delivery of a competitively superior team member and guest experience.
  • Support the Executive Chef in ensuring menu items are executed with excellence in the restaurant.
  • Manage quality in all aspects of the job, including food safety and sanitation procedures.
Requirements
  • Proven success as a Sous Chef, Executive Sous Chef, or Kitchen Manager in a high-volume upscale restaurant or high-end resort restaurant.
  • Strong passion for culinary excellence, wine knowledge, and service.
  • Proven ability to develop and lead a team.
  • Knowledge of systems, methods, and processes that contribute to great execution.
  • Stable job history demonstrating upward career progression.
