Job Title: Change Manager

Job Summary:

Our client, a leading consulting firm, is seeking a Change Manager to join their team. As a Change Manager, you will play a critical role in designing and implementing change management strategies to achieve organizational goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement change management plans to manage organizational change.
  • Lead and coordinate change management activities, including training and communication.
  • Engage with frontline team members and leaders to facilitate the transition to new processes and systems.
  • Coach and mentor staff through the change process.
  • Monitor and assess the impact of change on employees.
  • Provide expert advice on handling change in an organization.
  • Communicate change management plans to teammates and key stakeholders.
  • Develop training programs to help employees understand and adapt to change.
  • Evaluate the success of change management initiatives.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in information systems, business administration, or a related field.
  • Two to Five years of working experience.
  • Change management certifications and experience are preferred.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Organized with a natural inclination for planning strategy and tactics.
  • Must be a team player and able to work collaboratively with and through others.
  • Acute business acumen and understanding of organizational issues and challenges.
  • Familiarity with project management approaches, tools, and phases of the project lifecycle.
  • Experience with large-scale organizational change efforts.
  • Comfortable working with all levels of the organization.
  • Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work effectively with minimal supervision both individually and as part of a team.
  • Highly proficient with Excel and other reporting and analysis tools.
