Role Overview

As a Change Management and Organization Development Partner, you will spearhead various Change and OD initiatives. Your responsibilities will include conducting evaluations, crafting, and executing change management and organizational development strategies, as well as providing guidance and coaching to project teams. This role requires collaboration with senior leadership and HR Business Partners (HRBPs) to identify, assess change impacts, and address performance deficiencies while proposing targeted interventions.

This position is part of the HR and Talent Management team, where you will oversee the strategy and execution of multiple projects concurrently, encompassing technology, culture, and business transformation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Utilize change management and OD methodologies, processes, and tools to facilitate the adoption of business and technology transformations.
  • Work closely with Business Leaders and HRBPs to identify performance gaps and enhance team effectiveness.
  • Recognize and manage resistance to change, collaborating with stakeholders to mitigate risks and ensure successful execution.
  • Develop presentations, tools, and other materials for client engagement.
  • Provide consultation and coaching to project teams, ensuring alignment with best practices and enterprise-wide methodologies.
  • Establish metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of strategies and interventions.
  • Formulate strategic recommendations and collaborate with Change and OD specialists across the organization, as well as Continuous Improvement teams and consulting firms.

Qualifications

  • Comprehensive understanding of change management and organization development principles, methodologies, tools, and their practical applications.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a proven history of assessing and measuring the success of initiatives.
  • Outstanding communication and presentation abilities.
  • Experience in a corporate setting, particularly with large-scale technology-driven change initiatives.
  • A Bachelor's degree is preferred, along with 5-8 years of experience in Change Management, Organizational Development, Human Resources, or a related discipline.

Preferred qualifications include certification in change management and OD (e.g., Prosci, SHRM) or other relevant credentials.

Compensation Transparency

Salary Range: $117,500-$200,000

Discretionary bonus eligibility: Yes

The actual base salary will be determined based on various factors, including individual experience, skills, qualifications, and job location. Additionally, employees may qualify for an annual discretionary bonus. Alongside base salary, employees may also have the opportunity to participate in an incentive program.
