Role Overview
As a Change Management and Organization Development Partner, you will spearhead both Change and Organizational Development initiatives. Your responsibilities will include conducting thorough assessments, designing, and executing change management and organizational development strategies, as well as providing expert consultation and coaching to project teams. This role requires collaboration with senior leadership and HR Business Partners (HRBPs) to identify, assess change impacts, and address performance gaps through targeted interventions.
This position is situated within the HR and Talent Management division, where you will oversee the strategy and execution of multiple projects concurrently, focusing on technology, culture, and business transformation.
Key Responsibilities
- Utilize change management and organizational development methodologies, processes, and tools to facilitate the adoption of business and technology transformations.
- Work closely with Business Leaders and HRBPs to identify performance gaps and enhance team effectiveness.
- Manage resistance to change by collaborating with stakeholders to mitigate risks and ensure successful implementation.
- Develop presentations, tools, and other materials for client engagement.
- Provide expert consultation and coaching to project teams, ensuring alignment with best practices and enterprise-wide strategies.
- Establish metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of strategies and interventions.
- Formulate strategic recommendations and collaborate with Change and OD specialists across the organization, as well as Continuous Improvement teams and consulting firms.
Qualifications
- Extensive knowledge of change management and organizational development principles, methodologies, tools, and their practical applications.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a proven track record of measuring and assessing the success of initiatives.
- Outstanding communication and presentation abilities.
- Experience in a corporate setting, particularly with large-scale technology-driven change initiatives.
- A bachelor's degree is preferred, along with 5-8 years of experience in Change Management, Organizational Development, Human Resources, or a related field.
Preferred certifications in change management and organizational development (e.g., Prosci, SHRM) or other relevant credentials.
Compensation Transparency
Salary Range: $117,500-$200,000
Eligible for discretionary bonuses: Yes
The actual base salary will be determined based on various factors, including individual experience, skills, qualifications, and job location. Employees may also be eligible for an annual discretionary bonus and participation in an incentive program.
