Spa Front Desk Representative

As a Spa Front Desk Agent, you will be the first point of contact, providing exceptional guest experiences and ensuring a seamless transition for visitors to our Spa.
Key Responsibilities:
* Greet all clients warmly and professionally
* Manage front desk operations, including booking appointments, scheduling, and confirming appointments
* Maintain a friendly, cheerful, and courteous demeanor at all times
* Ensure outstanding customer care and resolve any guest concerns or complaints
* Answer all incoming calls and redirect them or keep messages
* Settle payments and maintain accurate records
* Participate in keeping an accurate inventory and maintaining a tidy and presentable front desk
