Key Responsibilities
  • Greet and Check-in Customers: Welcome and check-in clients, ensuring a smooth and efficient experience.
  • Provide Program Information: Offer information and support to clients regarding our programs and services.
  • Ensure High-Level Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, responding to client inquiries and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Assist with Membership and Services: Assist clients with membership and service-related inquiries, ensuring accurate and timely processing.
Requirements
  • High School Diploma or Equivalent: Required.
  • Previous Customer Service Experience: A plus.
  • CPR/AED and First Aid Certifications: Required within 30 days of hire.
  • Ability to Navigate Electronic Systems: Required.
  • Meet Hiring Requirements: Must meet all hiring requirements, including a pre-employment drug test.
Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive hourly rate of $16.00-$16.70, dependent on experience and qualifications. As a HealthFitness employee, you will also enjoy a range of benefits, including health and financial benefits, and opportunities for personal and professional growth.
