**Job Summary:**
We are seeking a highly skilled Field Service Engineer to join our team at Ovivo USA LLC. As a Field Service Engineer, you will be responsible for performing equipment commissioning, site acceptance testing, on-site preventative maintenance, on-site equipment troubleshooting and repair, and providing customer training.
Key Responsibilities:
- Travel to customer sites to perform commissioning, site acceptance testing, on-site preventative maintenance, on-site troubleshooting and repair, and provide training to customers.
- Participate in in-house Factory Acceptance Testing.
- Provide feedback to engineering, project management, and manufacturing.
- Maintain detailed field service trip reports.
- Work with engineering for drawing and software updates based on field service work performed.
- Provide remote client support.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Mechanical, or Chemical Engineering.
- 3 to 5 years of relevant work experience, preferably in manufacturing.
- ISO Training, including OSHA10 and Confined Space Configuration.
- UL508A and NEC standards.
- Process controls and instrumentation experience.
- Familiarity with PLCs, HMIs, and electrical and mechanical troubleshooting.
- Working experience with AutoCAD.
