Associate Field Service Engineer

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Associate Field Service Engineer to join our team. As a key member of our Field Service Engineering team, you will be responsible for providing technical support and service to our customers in the Mountain and Western Time Zones.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide field, technical, and customer service to Aria Filtra products and processes.
- Assist in the commissioning service and contracted services to the installed base and mobile water deployments as assigned.
- Solve problems, evaluate systems and processes to isolate root causes, and implement corrective actions as required.
- Support customers from startup through to the purchase of their next Trojan system.
- Travel 80-90% of the time, primarily Monday through Friday, which involves being away from home most of the week.
- 3 to 5 years of Field Service experience with either a 2-year of experience + technical degree or a 4-year of experience without a degree.
- Availability to travel 80-90% of the time.
- Familiarity with electrical, electronic, hydraulic, and mechanical principles with an ability to read and interpret drawings (mechanical, electrical).
- Ability to work with cross-functional teams such as Engineering, sales, and operations to solve site-specific difficulties and bring unique solutions as needed to meet customer requirements and drive product improvements.
- Customer Service Skills: Must demonstrate Customer First mindset on a continuous basis.
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills, with a logical thought process a must.
- Strong organization and project management skills, ability to effectively manage multiple priorities and complex tasks.
