Job Title: Field Service Engineer

Join CyberCoders as a Field Service Engineer and take on a challenging role that requires technical expertise and problem-solving skills. As a Field Service Engineer, you will be responsible for providing on-site technical support and assistance to clients in the plastic manufacturing industry.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Installation, Maintenance, and Repair: Perform installation, maintenance, and repair of plastic injection molding machines and related equipment at client sites.
  • Troubleshooting and Diagnosis: Troubleshoot and diagnose equipment issues using technical knowledge and problem-solving skills.
  • Electrical Systems: Interpret and analyze electrical schematics and troubleshoot electrical systems.
  • Client Collaboration: Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and provide technical solutions and recommendations.
  • Training and Documentation: Train clients on the proper use and maintenance of injection molding machines and document all service visits, repairs, and recommendations in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Communication: Communicate effectively with clients and internal teams to ensure timely resolution of issues.
  • Industry Knowledge: Stay up-to-date on industry advancements and best practices for plastic injection molding.
Qualifications:
  • Technical Experience: 3+ years of experience working with plastic injection molding machines in a technical capacity.
  • Troubleshooting Skills: Strong troubleshooting and diagnosis skills.
  • Electrical Knowledge: Proficiency in reading and interpreting electrical schematics.
  • Field Service Experience: Demonstrated field service experience or equivalent experience in the area of troubleshooting and repair of injection molding machines.
  • Repair and Troubleshooting: Strong background in electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and mechanical repair and troubleshooting.
  • Communication Skills: Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
  • Travel and Flexibility: Willingness to travel and work outside of normal business hours as needed.
