About the Role:

As a Community Development Specialist, you will play a key role in driving the success of our community by overseeing the day-to-day operations of our properties. You will be responsible for ensuring seamless execution of tasks and responsibilities, while also identifying opportunities for improvement and implementing strategies to enhance resident satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and manage the day-to-day operations of the property, ensuring effective execution of tasks and responsibilities.
  • Develop and implement plans to improve property performance and resident satisfaction.
  • Maintain accurate records and reports on property operations and finances.
  • Work collaboratively with regional managers and other stakeholders to achieve business objectives.

Requirements:

  • At least 2 years of experience in community development or a related field.
  • Strong understanding of property management principles and practices.
  • Effective communication and leadership skills.
