About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our team as a Communication Specialist. This role will be responsible for assessing and treating children with communication disorders, working closely with our interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized treatment plans.

Salary and Benefits

The successful candidate can expect a highly competitive salary, estimated at $70,000 - $90,000 per year, depending on experience. In addition to a comprehensive benefits package, including health, dental, and vision coverage, we offer 15 paid holidays and 25 days of paid time off per year.

Job Description

As a Communication Specialist, you will have the opportunity to work with a talented team of professionals who share your passion for helping young children with autism. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Conducting comprehensive assessments of children's communication skills and developing individualized treatment plans
  • Designing and implementing evidence-based interventions to support children's communication development
  • Collaborating with our interdisciplinary team to ensure seamless coordination of care
  • Communicating regularly with families to keep them informed of their child's progress and involve them in the treatment planning process

Requirements

To be considered for this role, you will need to have:

  • A Master's degree in Speech and Communication Disorders
  • Licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) in the state of Arizona
  • Certification by the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA)
  • Experience working with children aged 18 months to 6 years
