**Job Title:** Early Childhood Development Specialist

Southwest Human Development Inc is seeking an experienced professional to provide home visiting services to children and their families in Maricopa County. As an Early Childhood Development Specialist, you will work with families in their homes to promote child health and development, enhance parent-child relationships, and improve school readiness.

**Estimated Salary:** $55,000 - $65,000 per year, depending on experience.

**About the Role:

  • You will implement the Healthy Families model and curriculum with fidelity and follow all program and agency policies and procedures.
  • You will conduct visits in a family's home and maintain a caseload of 15-25 families.
  • You will complete accurate and timely documentation including electronic family records and billing reports.

**Requirements:

  • A High School Diploma and 3 years of child development home visiting experience.
  • Bilingual (English and Spanish) is required.
  • Experience working with culturally and linguistically diverse populations.
