Role Overview

In this critical role, you will have the opportunity to empower families in Maricopa County through home visiting services.

As a Healthy Families Family Support Specialist with Southwest Human Development Inc, you will work directly with pregnant women and families with newborns to promote child health and development, enhance parent-child relationships, and increase family self-sufficiency.

The estimated salary for this position is $45,000 - $55,000 per year, depending on experience.

We are looking for a dedicated professional who can build strong relationships with families, implement our evidence-based model with fidelity, and contribute to Continuous Quality Improvement activities.
