Job SummaryWe're seeking an experienced HR Generalist to join our team as a DSE Recruitment Specialist. In this role, you'll play a key part in the recruitment process for hourly and salary DSE employees, working closely with our DSE Senior HR Business Partner to ensure seamless onboarding, performance management, and employee relations.
Main Responsibilities- Partner with the DSE Senior HR Business Partner to develop and implement effective recruitment strategies
- Coordinate onboarding and orientation processes for new DSE employees
- Manage performance management and employee relations initiatives
- Collaborate with the union to ensure compliance with collective bargaining agreements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field
- Minimum 2 years' experience in Human Resources, preferably in a union environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
