Human Resources Coordinator

As a Human Resources Coordinator at Southern Air, you will provide administrative support to the Personnel Administrator on all personnel matters. This is an entry-level position that requires strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication skills.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide customer service to employees, answering questions and resolving issues related to benefits, payroll, and HR policies.
Assist with benefit enrollments, I-9 documentation, and online investigation requests.
Conduct audits of payroll deductions and recommend corrective action as needed.
Assist with administrative processing of terminations and preparation of performance reviews.
Perform other duties as assigned, including research projects and special projects.
Requirements:
2 years of experience in a Human Resource role or equivalent in education.
Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Excel and Word.
Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication skills.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
