Front of House Service Representative

We are seeking dedicated Front of House Team Members to join our vibrant team.
  • Full-Time (30+ hours per week) positions available - starting pay is $16/hour, increasing to $17/hour after 30 days of employment.
As a Front of House Team Member, your responsibilities will include warmly welcoming guests, accurately taking and preparing customer orders at the front counter or drive-thru, maintaining cleanliness in both the counter and dining areas, adhering to health and sanitation standards, and ensuring every guest departs with a smile. We are in search of friendly, enthusiastic individuals who take pleasure in serving customers. Comprehensive training will be provided to equip you with all necessary skills. Successful team members will exhibit a positive attitude and integrity, delivering exceptional service to every guest who visits our establishment.

Qualifications
  • Must be at least 16 years old at the time of hire.
  • Must be authorized to work in the United States.
  • Must possess reliable transportation.
  • Ability to manage all equipment, including navigating shelving at various heights.
  • Basic reading, writing, math, and verbal communication skills are required.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Mobility is necessary during shifts.
  • Must perform well under pressure.
  • Must be able to quickly and efficiently respond to changes or modifications to orders.
