On-Site Gas Services Coordinator

Linde Gas & Equipment, Inc. is seeking a skilled professional to fill the role of On-Site Gas Services Coordinator. The ideal candidate will possess excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to relate to customers and internal plant personnel.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Cylinder Management: Safely manage the specific cylinder and equipment inventory at customer sites, optimizing inventory and streamlining delivery schedules.
  • Cylinder Distribution: Simplify cylinder gas distribution for Linde Gas & Equipment Inc. customers, optimizing distribution costs and avoiding interruption in service to customer processes.
  • Inventory Management: Manage in-use and depleted cylinders, as well as equipment and related disposables.
  • Customer Interaction: Interact with facilities support personnel, clinical staff, and facilities administrators to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Order Entry and Tracking: Utilize JD Edwards order entry, cylinder tracking, and order selection capabilities to manage orders and inventory.
  • Troubleshooting and Repair: Troubleshoot, resolve, and repair issues related to medical devices and equipment.
Requirements:
  • Education: High School Diploma / GED required, additional education or trade skills preferred.
  • Interpersonal Skills: Good interpersonal skills and ability to relate to customers and internal plant personnel.
  • Computer Literacy: Computer literacy required.
  • Driving Record: Good driving record is required.
  • Security Clearance: Ability to pass security clearance to enter refineries and chemical plants is required.
  • Physical Demands: Must be able/willing to safely move heavy loads on a routine basis and lift up to 40 lbs.
