We are seeking a highly skilled Maintenance Manager to join our team at Precision Castparts Corp. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our manufacturing facilities.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement maintenance strategies to improve production efficiency and reduce costs.
- Supervise and coordinate maintenance activities to achieve production, quality, and safety goals.
- Manage maintenance budgets and ensure effective use of resources.
- Inspect capital equipment installations to ensure high standards of workmanship and safety.
- Participate in the hiring and training of maintenance staff.
- Develop and implement preventative and predictive maintenance programs.
- Direct the operation of critical systems to ensure uninterrupted service.
- Maintain inventories of maintenance supplies and critical spares.
- Order equipment, supplies, and services as needed.
- Bachelor's degree in Industrial, Mechanical, or Electrical Engineering, or equivalent.
- Minimum of five years maintenance/plant engineering experience.
- Thorough knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and computer-driven manufacturing systems.
- Demonstrated record of successful people management and problem resolution.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
