Role Overview

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Assemble wax pattern clusters according to established procedures (PEI/SOP).
  • Conduct inspections of components pre- and post-assembly to identify potential casting defects.
  • Evaluate components against specifications to determine acceptability.
  • Return both acceptable and unacceptable patterns to the designated stations or operators.
  • Accurately document work performed on clusters in Lot Control and ensure proper identification is affixed to molds.
  • Achieve defined productivity and quality benchmarks.
  • Adhere to safety protocols and consistently wear required personal protective equipment (PPE).
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
  • Comply with all relevant Standard Operating Procedures.
  • Perform additional tasks as assigned by supervisory personnel.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Meet or exceed defined visual acuity standards (when applicable).
  • Possess color perception capabilities necessary for job performance (when applicable).
  • Complete any required training to adhere to applicable SOP/Certifications.
  • Ability to learn and adapt to job specifications for both new and existing customers.
  • Flexibility to work between assembly and wax dressing departments.
  • Exhibit strong communication skills.
  • Team collaboration is essential.
  • Demonstrate proficiency in following procedure instructions.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:

  • Must be capable of sitting and standing for extended periods, with the ability to lift molds weighing up to 35 pounds every 45 minutes.
