About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Maintenance Supervisor to join our team at Precision Castparts Corp. in Wickliffe, Ohio. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our production equipment and processes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and coach a team of maintenance technicians to achieve quality and productivity goals.
  • Complete performance reviews, training, and discipline as needed.
  • Provide shift-to-shift communication and ensure all team members are working towards the same goals.
  • Repair, service, and maintain equipment at outside vendors, suppliers, customers, and other PCC locations.
  • Responsible for daily maintenance and repair of production equipment.
  • Troubleshoot electrical, mechanical, and hydraulic problems in a timely manner to minimize downtime.
  • Schedule and perform regular preventative maintenance tasks.
  • Repair and maintain other plant equipment as experience indicates.
  • Maintain a positive work atmosphere by communicating professionally with all employees.
  • Enforce all safety requirements within the facility.
Requirements
  • Able to meet deadlines and be accountable for quality and quantity.
  • Able to work flexible hours with a strong attendance record.
  • Comfortable using a team approach to problem-solving.
  • Motivated self-starter with the ability to work independently.
  • Maintain a positive work atmosphere within the maintenance team.
  • Strongly prefer 5+ years' maintenance experience with a proven track record.
