Key Responsibilities:
As a member of the Americas HR Team, you will:

  • Communicate, implement, and support the execution of HR programs aligned with the overall HR strategy.
  • Provide comprehensive Human Resources support and collaborate with our HR Centers of Excellence and HR Business Partners.
  • Interpret and administer site policies effectively.
  • Prepare reports, gather data, develop summaries, and report on ongoing legal matters.
  • Lead workplace investigations as necessary and partner with team members on these initiatives.
  • Drive initiatives to enhance individual and organizational talent capabilities.
  • Advise supervisory staff on effective employment practices to ensure compliance with laws and policies.
  • Collaborate within the HR team to share improvement ideas and simplify processes.
  • Work with Site Leadership to cultivate a culture centered on feedback, partnership, transparent communication, and a positive employee experience.
  • Act as a resource for coaching all employees and leaders, focusing on enhancing overall site performance.
  • Ensure compliance with company, government, and local regulations and policies.

Qualifications:
To be successful in this role, you should possess:

  • A BS/BA in Human Resources or a related field; a Master’s Degree is preferred.
  • 5+ years of experience in the Human Resources field.
  • 2+ years of experience in a Union environment is preferred.
  • Manufacturing experience is a plus.
  • Exceptional communication skills, both oral and written.
  • Proven ability to drive organizational change.
  • Demonstrated capability to collaborate effectively across all levels of an organization.
  • Ability to influence decisions and implement best practices.
  • Excellent judgment, organizational, and strategic skills.
  • Experience utilizing AI to enhance work processes is advantageous.
  • Willingness to travel less than 25%.
