This strategic decision aims to create focused entities with distinct investment profiles, providing opportunities for all three future companies to better serve their customers and enhance long-term value for stakeholders. We are committed to supporting our employees throughout this transition and ensuring a seamless separation process.
WHY JOIN US?

Embrace our Purpose by bringing innovations to market that enhance the world, committing to sustainability that benefits our planet, and giving back to the communities we serve.
