We are seeking an experienced Executive Director to lead our Clinically Integrated Network at Fairview Health Services. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing strategic leadership and direction to our network, ensuring alignment with our organization's vision and goals.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement strategic plans to drive network performance and growth
- Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure effective communication and coordination across the network
- Oversee financial planning and performance, including budget development and execution
- Lead the development and implementation of quality improvement initiatives
- Represent the network in negotiations with payers and partners
- Build and maintain relationships with network members, Fairview leadership, and other key stakeholders
- Bachelor's degree in a related field
- 8 years of progressive healthcare experience, including 5 years of leadership experience
- Comprehensive understanding of financial, political, and organizational issues in healthcare
- Excellent communication, project management, and presentation skills
- Demonstrated success in building relationships and working collaboratively with multi-disciplinary teams
- Significant knowledge of healthcare reimbursement and payment methodologies, contracting, and negotiations
- Masters in Business Administration or Masters in Healthcare Administration
- Experience leading a clinically integrated network
