Program Coordinator, Talent Development

Key Responsibilities:

As a Program Coordinator, Talent Development at the University of Texas at Austin, you will partner with the assistant director of events and systems to support logistical planning, including thematic programming, scheduling, site visits, catering, budgets, reimbursements, and communications for employee engagement events.

You will provide support to the HR team with onboarding efforts and assist with event planning for new employee orientations, including event preparation, procurement, reimbursements, and document maintenance.

Additionally, you will work with the Internal Communications team and serve as a point of contact to update and maintain content for the organizational calendar of events on the internal intranet.

You will also support the recruitment team with recruitment efforts and events and the learning and development team with logistical planning as needed.

In collaboration with HR, you will update, own, and maintain the Texas Development org chart.

Furthermore, you will provide scheduling/travel planning support to the executive director as needed.

Additional duties will be assigned as required.
