About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Talent Development Manager to join our team at Hanger, Inc. As a key member of our HR department, you will play a critical role in driving our company's strategic priorities through effective talent management and development initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide thought leadership on key talent management processes, including annual performance reviews, talent assessments, succession planning, and leadership development initiatives.
  • Contribute to and potentially lead large-scale career path and employee development programs that transform our workforce.
  • Recommend talent solutions addressing necessary adjustments using exceptional influence, communication, and relationship skills.
  • Provide talent management thought leadership as we launch our new HCM system.
  • Consult with various stakeholders across our business units and HR department to address skills, knowledge, or behavior gaps on teams or in organizations.
  • Lead, coach, and develop talent management professionals to deliver high-quality talent management processes and key employee development programs.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent work experience.
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in talent management.
  • A minimum of 3 years of leading talent management professionals.
  • Must have, or be eligible to obtain, a valid driver's license and driving record within Hanger's Motor Vehicle Safety Policy and Procedures.
