Position Summary:

We are seeking a talented individual to join our dynamic engineering team, responsible for a variety of technical functions including process optimization, equipment diagnostics, production evaluation, and enhancing operational efficiency in a highly automated manufacturing environment. This role will require collaboration with both internal teams and external partners to effectively address complex challenges, ensuring uninterrupted production flow. Occasional on-call support may be necessary.

Compensation: Starting salary of $70,000 per year and above, commensurate with experience.

Key Duties:

  • Design, manage, and improve manufacturing equipment
  • Diagnose and resolve persistent equipment challenges
  • Perform root cause analysis for significant malfunctions
  • Guarantee continuous machine operation to reduce downtime
  • Document equipment operations and maintenance activities
  • Assist production and maintenance teams in technical troubleshooting
  • Comply with safety and environmental standards
  • Coordinate the efforts of production and maintenance staff
  • Analyze production metrics and implement enhancement strategies
  • Conduct machine maintenance
  • Undertake additional assigned responsibilities

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Engineering Technology
  • 0 to 3 years of experience in Industrial Maintenance Engineering
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Mechanical and technical aptitude
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team setting
