Position Summary: We are seeking a qualified candidate with expertise in various engineering disciplines to enhance our operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Designing layouts for storage and assembly areas
  • Developing plans for every part (PFEP)
  • Conducting material flow assessments
  • Implementing line-side delivery strategies
  • Creating and refining processes
  • Performing time studies
  • Applying lean manufacturing techniques
  • Engaging in data analysis
  • Establishing visual factory standards
  • Driving continuous improvement initiatives
  • Implementing error-proofing measures

Technical Skills:

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Access is essential
  • Experience with AutoCAD or similar design software
  • Familiarity with Proplanner is preferred
  • Knowledge of Factory Flow is advantageous
  • Understanding of M.O.S.T. methodology is a plus
  • Ability to write and develop Macros in Excel is preferred

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Industrial Engineering
  • 0-5 years of relevant engineering experience in a warehouse or distribution setting is preferred
  • Strong organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail
  • Effective oral and written communication abilities
  • Capability to meet project deadlines
