Requirements
  • Graduate of an accredited practical or vocational nursing program.
  • Current licensure as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) or Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) in the state of employment.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple responsibilities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with patients, families, and healthcare teams.
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification, with the ability to obtain Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification as required.
Preferred Qualifications
  • 1-2 years of experience as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) or Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) in an outpatient clinic or patient care setting.
  • Experience working with electronic health records (EHRs) and other healthcare technologies.
  • Knowledge of evidence-based practices and quality improvement initiatives in patient care.
Working Conditions

This position requires the ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, with frequent interruptions and changing priorities. The successful candidate will be able to work effectively in a team-based setting, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple responsibilities.
